Watch the games please. You clearly seem to suffer from age= high iq bias. Only explanation for someone having players like kobe and KG on there.
Andre Miller is in the top 10 for all time assists. The only active player with more than him is Steve Nash. And considering you don't simply lose bball IQ in your late 30s, he's a very obvious choice for being one of the smartest players in the league. Today's highlight reel fans probably only know him as "some scrub", but whatever. Having the 9th most assists in NBA history is something you can't do without high bball IQ.
Same with Manu. Ask the best coach in the league what he thinks about his bball IQ, lol.
Hope you're just trolling.

That's what determines high iq nowadays? high assists? sorry, i'll take my actual basketball viewing that shows him taking unnecessary shots, losing focus on defense, and overall playing like a player that does not belong in the top 10 iq in the league. By your logic rondo and rubio are basketball gods.
Manu has high iq, but not top 10 iq. If we have to pick a spurs player, then duncan is definitely smarter.

Everyone with high basketball IQ should know how important defence is and should therefor not suck as much as nash and a.miller
Billups should be top 5 with Manu and Duncan up there

Both are in the top 10 right now, easily. But the things Manu does on a court is unheard of.
