From all reports Kyrie is a great kid but maybe he's just not a strong leader at all. I was actually hoping Deng would provide some of that leadership role. Hell, maybe that's what he's trying to do by airing this out through a "close friend".

Hanging out late into the night? Not a big deal.

Hanging out with JR Smith? Minimum 25 game suspension.

Pretty sure they got blown out in NY too following that. Is this a reaction to the Decision and the Cavs are now just spoiling the players so they don't leave, or has it always been like this? This is pathetic.
It was always like that. No backbone or structure.

I know this, because when LBJ came to Miami, there were many reports down here in Miami that Pat Riley had to be strict with LeBron and LeBron didn't like it. For example, on one occasion LBJ wanted to go out partying with Wade the night before a big game, and Wade was like naww we can't do that, and then LBJ told Pat and Pat said no, you go to your hotel room right now and rest. Apparently, LBJ didn't like that, and was surprised.

LBJ was used to never hearing no in Cleveland, and I think that HURT LBJ more than helped him. He needed someone to tell him no, and discipline him. Being in Miami was the best thing for LeBron.

yeah thats true. LBJ cried about all of the rules in Miami on the players.

but seriously if you remember LBJ Cav's, those guys would be doing dances and all kinds of stupid crap on the sidelines like they had zero discipline.

thats Mike Brown for you tho. Every star player he's ever coached has walked all over him and he tends to roll out the red carpet while they step on him.
