    Yes they are.

The bench defense is a serious concern for this team going forward though. We can score with the best of them but a bench composed of Blatche, Mirza and Thornton is not a good combination for defense.

I'm becoming a diehard Nets fan and watching every game for the rest of the season. I can feel their run coming in my bones.

Pierce and D-Will are the two biggest cogs in that run. If they can have a successful playoffs and Joe knocks down open shots and Garnett does as well, we can "possibly", with a lot of luck, advance to the ECF. Do I think we will advance to the ECF? No, will probably lose to the Heat in 7. I would like to play the Pacers in the second round because it looks as if George is getting worn down and the Pacers are nowhere near as experienced as the Heat. Just hoping for that crazy Brooklyn crowd to amp them up during the playoffs.

How has KG looked overall? Is he going to be able to defend West and still be effective in a series?

Well 1 and 2 are for sure Miami/Indiana, and 7-8 are below .500.. So Brooklyn will either face Toronto, Chicago, or Washington most likely.

I would say definitely not Chicago. Probably Washington.

Our two past games have been without them and we blew both the Nuggets and Grizzlies out. But we're better with him. KG has looked fine overall given his age, minutes and lack of touches. He can get hot and the Nets will begin feeding him in the post and he can score 4-6 points within a few possessions still. However, I know that KG turns beastly-like in the playoffs and hope that he can average like 14/10 during the playoffs. As for guarding David West it's not happening. West is too mobile for KG and will average 20 in that series. But if West is averaging 20 that means that George is not touching the ball as much, which is a good thing.

Wizards followed by the Raptors and finally, the Bulls. The game slows down drastically in the playoffs and the Bulls slow, defensive-minded game will still push us to a 6 or 7 game series, despite being without Deng. The reason why the Raptors are second is because they will have a fabulous home court advantage and Derozan can really heat up. Wizards too inexperienced, no home court and essentially have only Wall.

    Bump.

I saw on Mike and Mike this morning, that Chicago finished the season with the best record in he East since Jan. 1 at 36-16. Does anyone have the records for the rest of the playoff teams?
