How valuable can one player be, really, when there is another top 10 MVP candidate on the same team? Logic says that the "other" guy would just pick up the slack.
That's not an MVP award. That's a "best player on an elite team" award. Call it what it is.

Actually it is up to date. It includes all the games. If you click on the bball reference link it shows the current records.

That is just dumb.

I know, I was joking and suggesting they should be lower.

Induuubitably
Re: BBALL Reference MVP Tracker-
He really should win unanimously though I doubt he will for whatever reason.

Re: BBALL Reference MVP Tracker-
Consider an extreme example (and I'm not suggesting Eric Bledsoe is the MVP)...
Suns with EB = 12 - 19, for a winning percentage of .387.
Suns w/o = 3 - 27, .1.
Warriors with Curry = 53 - 4, .93.
If we assume that Curry provides the exact same value as Bledsoe does in regards to wins, then that means that the Warriors without Curry would have a winning percentage of .24, or almost one fourth of what they have now.
But... we all know that this Warriors team, without Curry, would still win 50 games. So again, in this extreme example, you tell me who is more valuable to their team by looking at those numbers.
Edit to explain:
I think Curry should win MVP this year.
I do not think Bledsoe should get even one vote.
But this little exercise just perfectly illustrated my previous point, that was deemed "dumb".

Chill if Shaq, KG and Duncan didn't win theirs unanimously then why should curry?

Because he's having a better season than any of theirs

Who's to say that shouldn't have had? People are arguing that Westbrook is next in line this year and his output doesn't even come close to what Steph has accomplished. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that GS has beaten OKC in all 3 meetings thus far as well. A game that will be remembered for ages, largely because of Curry's dramatic performance.
That aside, you can't tell me there's a more deserving player this year. There really isn't.
