yeah man. I train for bodybuilding/hypertrophy mostly, but i love deadlifts and just wanted to get it really high.

Been trying to squat. I always hurt my back though. I started with 2plate and then someone made a comment that I wasn't getting very low. Soooo I went all the way down to 1plate and I still don't think I'm getting that low.

The last 3 weeks (before this week) I was really sick, a total of 3 days in school, barely went to the gym.. really pissed me off. Increase of arm strength bugs me the worst, but I'm back now, and really motivated..

someone in my class was a rather thin guy like me last year, dude is an absolute gym rat.. just went 13 days straight. He's really, really lean, strong as **** and you can see he's getting bigger too... I'd go with him but he goes to a different gym.
