Kobe played horrible in 2004 & 2008, especially 2004.

Kobe didn't play particularly well in the 2000 finals as well, but he was pretty much banged up and playing on a messed up ankle. Besides, Shaq was playing out of his mind!

Kobe played great in the 2001 Nba finals, 2002 Nba finals, & 2009 Nba finals.

So far Kobe has not shot the ball well in the 2010 finals (shooting 39% from the field), but he is not playing horrible. Kobe is making up for his horrendous fg% with his leadership, hustle plays, defense, & playmaking.

He is not having a GREAT series, but he is definitely not having a bad one either. He just needs to be more effecient from the field.

The sad thing with most posters is they have a player and then they have a team.

Lakers no 16 on the way...kobe will retire and fly into the sunset with his heli.
but the lakers will be there.

Look at the bulls still drooling over MJ and done nothing about it till date. Spend some cash get the players and win titles. Players can make names for themselves but the organisation lives longer, the tradition the rivalry.
Most bulls fans still live with MJ in their dreams.

These are my dreams : the past is the past, great to go down memory lane but its always about the moment. I feel nothing for the win last year. and if we win it this year probably the same 12 months down the line if we have a chance to repeat. the idea is to love winning and not the stats, PER, player nut hugging and whatever.

Most teams dont know what im talking about, but the green goblin celtics do.
