A completed dribble means placing the ball on the floor and it coming back into control of dribbler and during this basketball move his left foot touched the floor..... he then proceeded to take 2 steps once he "gathered" the basketball.
I think the confusion on your part and kNOIKAS is looking at when the ball touched the floor and counting steps but that doesn't conclude his dribble. You count after he "gathers" which he proceeded to take 2 steps.
Real simple stuff here folks keep up with the adult way of thinking

Duh. The dribble was done with 2 hands and the ball must come off the floor back into control before counting steps, which means a step could happen in between a dribble, which happened in this case. When his dribble completed he took 2 steps. Not to mention for a second it almost looked as if he might lose the ball hence waiting for a gather/control before counting steps.
