I hope he turns it around, but either his conditioning sucks and his legs aren't under him yet or the past few years of deep playoff contention have paid their toll.

In addition to his slashing, cutting, driving game while carrying that kind of frame. Hope this all isn't the case, and it's just him needing to get back in the swing of things physically.

When you're the king of the NBA and winning rings, conditioning could be factor.

Yea and JVG is right, Lebron would normally jump right up/through & over defenders there, i think he surprised even himself he had no lift lol or just underestimated Pierce.

LeBron almost never jumps high or finishes strong when jumping directly from under the basket.

This is the same way he got a gamewinner stuffed last season in that 2OT game against the Kings.

Lebron is a very big dude, its hard to run diagonally change direction/speed stop slither through traffic/contact and still get a lift all of the sudden... and he never was really that explosive jumping of two feet anyways especially from standstill, he needs to sprint a straight line and take of from that left leg especially, thats where his max vert is, thats where his head ends up above the rim and everybody knows get the hell outta way or be posterised or try flagrant him...

Dunked on by Evan Turner. Blocked at a critical moment by Pierce. What's next? Someone on the Wizards crosses him over and breaks his ankles.

At this rate Torn Achillesbe is gonna have a field day with him this ASG - Lebron's athleticism took a complete nose-dive this summer, he isn't even an average athlete anymore it's like he aged 10 years

I think you are exaggerating. This was a mix between just starting the season and the great defense byPierce.

Pretty embarrassing for the most athletic wing in NBA history to be blocked by a player who has always been seen as nonathletic and is in his twilight years.
