Default Kobe Bryant on PTI right now

check ESPN right now. Kobe thinks the Thunder are underrated to the public, but they are not out of his radar.

Kobe asks what's the big deal on Bynum hammering Beasley. He laughs. He says it's no big deal and he grew up watching that and back then it was a regular foul.

He believes Phil will leave after this year. He wants to send him off the way he should be.

They ask him how he'd feel if PJ went to another team. He says he'd be happy(after laughing).

PTI is so incredibly worthless, it is laughable. Did anyone see the opening segment on the Cavs-Heat game? They were laughing about how this game meant everything for Cleveland and about how the loss meant absolutely, positively nothing for Miami.

Actually, they couldn't be any more wrong. The Heat are in a major battle for the No. 2 (and maybe even No. 1) seed for the playoffs. A loss like that can be the difference between being in Miami for a Game 7 or having to go to Boston.

Meanwhile, the Cavs already know that they will probably end up with the worst record and have the best shot at a No. 1 pick. That game was all about pride... Nothing more.

Those guys seriously know nothing about sports.

They are underrated, and they SHOULDNT be out of his radar, and rightfully so. The Thunder are balling, and are going to be one hell of a tough team to out in the playoffs.

The Thunder haven't been underrated all year. People talk about them all the time. They are a good team and everybody knows it

Kobe is from our era and knows the deal. He would so be arguing against the fanboys if he was on the outside looking in.

They meant that the cavs were much happier with the win than Miami was upset with the loss. Cleveland will look at this as one of the best games of their season and miami will look at it as any other game/loss they've had.

Meh, I wouldn't say that they are talked about much when discussing title contenders. Most of the time, I see Chicago, Boston, Miami, LA, San Antonio and Dallas.

Oklahoma City is sort of on the periphery, which is probably right where they want to be.

If that is what they meant, that isn't what they said. Wilbon specifically said that this game meant nothing to Miami... And then further reinforced his lack of knowledge by saying that they pretty much have the No. 2 seed in the playoffs locked up. He just doesn't know what the hell he is talking about and Kornheiser doesn't even watch sports... I'm pretty much convinced of that.

Furthermore, Miami really shouldn't look at it as just another game... They are in a serious fight right now that could be the difference between winning and losing a playoff series. They can't afford to lose games to teams like the Cavaliers at this point in the season.

Specifically on Phil Jackson, Kobe said that Phil wanted to come back because he didn't want to end on 11 rings because "11 was such a weird number." So if they did win it all this year he doesn't expect Phil to come back for #13 because that's an even weirder number.

wow big typo. Kobe would be happy FOR PJ, if he came back years later and coached another team....not that he would be happy with him leaving.

Kornheiser is pretty decent and I really like him.
I absolutely hate Wilbon though. The fucking moronic homer.
