Arrow Raptors @ Celtics official GT

i am SUPREMELY pissed that we had to match up with boston while facing these injuries.

after attending the 1st game between these two teams this year i thought to myself "next game will be even better"

and now we have a healthy celtics squad at home ready to dismantle the injury-ravaged raptors, and now i think to myself "can i get the poker game going earlier tonight?"

bleh

celtics by 16 in a romp 106 - 90

kevin garnett tops his career highs in every stat except for points.

If it's a blowout like you say, that'd be awfully hard. Wouldn't he get fewer minutes?

Also, off the top of my head, that'd be an insane game. Mid-to-high 20s in rebounding, mid-teens in assists, 7+ blocks and steals.

26, 13, 8 steals, 9 blocks actually to pass the highs. Just checked.

Raps don't stand a chance without Bosh, so I just want to see Moon block one of the Big 3 and dunk on Glen Davis, then I'll be happy.

Also, Rasho Vs. KG is going to rock.

Bosh, Bargnani

(& Garbajosa)

And, I think the Celts are ok too...

If you want to see the way I wish the Raps played now, check out RaptorsTV right now, because they're showing an old Raps/Celtics game with Oakley, Antonio Davis, Doug Christie, TMac (the defensive minded one) all coached by Butch Carter. Awesome stuff.

T-Mac and Carter together. I wonder if Tracy still regrets leaving Toronto like he admitted to when in Orlando. He's on a good team in Houston, but they really have no shot at going all the way in the West and I almost know for a fact that Toronto would at least have been to two finals by now with that team. They'd be the main comp of Detroit and later Miami for the last 7-8 years.

Such an exciting time for Raptors fans and then Mcgrady had to be a dumbass followed by Vince becoming brittle.

In fact I will say it right now that if T-Mac was on the team the following year Toronto would have faced LA in the finals instead of Philly.

For have lost so much in Vince and T-Mac the current raps when healthy could look alot worse, I say they are one of the deepest teams in the L and they are one of the best up and coming teams aswell.

They are good now and will be better than they ever were in the early 2000's once they hit their primes....but compared to what VC and T-Mac could have been in their primes together? No contest assuming they would have been surrounded with the right players.

But ya, I'm not too angry at where we are right now. When Bosh, Ford, Bargnani, etc. are all 25-27, they will be one of the top 3 teams in the East every year (heck, they're close to that right now because of how weak the East is).

OMG, Kevin Willis, Dell Curry, Alvin Williams and Muggsy Bogues off the bench! I can't believe how much I loved that team in every way!

How the game ended for those who don't have Raps TV.

Alvin Williams and Mopete should have busts made and put right in front of the doors at the ACC. Would make the hockey crowd very happy too.

You can't be sure that T-mac would be the player he is today if him Carter stayed together. Although it does sound scary to think what prime T-mac and Carter could do in the east on the same team, I don't think you can be sure it would have worked out exactly that way.

As for the game should be a very easy win for the the Celts against the injured Raps. I want to see if Ford is healthy enough to start the next game, he played well the last game.

You gotta watch that clip and listen to Tommy Heinson after every shot that VC makes.

Play-by-Play Guy: "Carter makes a tough turn-around over Pierce."
Tommy: "Well..."
