.... how can anyone get to 6-10 if they haven't stated their top 5 first?
Do you put on aftershave and then not shave all day?

I think the vast majority of people have the same top 5 centers: Russell, Wilt, Kareem, Shaq and Hakeem in no particular order.

Mikan gets seriously disrespected. But what are we going by, how good we think they are relative to one another, their impact on the game, or their overall career accomplishments?

Don't go out and give him the Russell treatment and just think he is at 6 or something..be realistic and give a honest ranking on how he would translate in any era ,accomplishments and numbers .

If I'm being honest, I'm really only here so I can get my blog content out there a little bit more. I came here today for the first time in years planning on starting one thread about this article profiling the late 90s/early 2000s generation of the NBA, but I apparently need a set number of posts before I can create a thread.
If I can't make that thread by my 20th post, you might not see me again until 2019

I don't have any idea how he would translate. Maybe that's why he tends to get ignored? If you go by career accomplishments or impact on the game, then he's top 5.
