If that's going to affect Randle he's not going to be anything special anyway. He's not Shaq, Lebron talented so he's going to need to work that much harder/ be that much more mentally tougher to be on their level.

i can see why............plus Kobe only needed a top 25 2nd best player in Pau to get to the finals. Shaq needed alltime guards for all of his. Penny, Kobe and Wade
