It helps that the average record of teams he scored 40+ against during '06 and '07 (when he notched more than half of his career games of 40+ points and 50+ points) was 39-42, and the average record of teams that he scored 50+ against during those two seasons was 37-45. Kinda makes it easier to get those W's when you're beating up on garbage teams.

This is actually an excellent point, but his teams were BARELY hovering around .500 themselves.

Even Michael Jordan at his best was doing it only about once every 6-7 games. I'm willing to bet during the regular season at his best, he did it once every 4-5 games tops.

Yeah back in 06 he was dropping 40 on a regular basis. When he scored 40 it was just the same shit in a different toilet.

Definitely one of the best players of all time. I laugh at people who don't think he is top 10 all-time.
