Darren Collison has a sick handle. Great control.

DWill has the most effective crossover in the NBA. His high crossover has shook a whole lot of people out of their shoes. Nash,Kobe,Wade,Alston, and Baron Davis all have stupid good handles as well.

Yea, gotta be Deron. Not just because he went to Illinois, either... lol.

Deron just has so much more POWER in his crosses than anyone. Who is gonna get a hand on it... nobody. And people say that he does simple moves... well not really that simple. Go outside and try to do those.

A lot of people like to play with the ball while they dribble. It's almost like they entered some daze where they are just dribbling the ball pointlessly, but Deron seems to always be doing effective moves and it seems to me like he has the reaction to make decisions on his crosses. Which is absolutely amazing.

Someone might say, "I'm gonna try to break this dude off with a cross then go behind the back." and it might look prettier as a chain, it might work, too, but the point is that it's pre-planned. It almost seems like Deron is making his decisions in the moment... that's what I was trying to say.

Edit: Look @ this at :27, whoever was talking about it not being a travesty that when Steph dropped Yao he didn't shoot. Once you break someone badly, no matter where you are... YOU GOTTA SHOOT IT! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MN8JTYGDP8

He does do simple moves, he just executes them better than anyone else. He does them harder and faster that anyone in the league, IMO. And he doesn't carry. At least I've never seen him carry.

i like d-will's best. he has those types of counter moves, almost unorthodox. maybe simple, but the way he does it makes you go "huh"? he can either drive with it or transition into a shot/pass

i like b-roy's stepback crossover. he's maybe best at creating an open jumper.

stylistically, i just like the way wade's look. he goes hard with it.

Only one mention of D Wade? His change of direction on his crossovers is the best in the league, bar none.

In my opinion Jordan had a very effective, yet simple crossover that I copied, that most people wouldn't even know is a crossover I guess. Many people would consider that an and1 street ball type of crossover = more effective. 1st you have to set them up dribbling, and then cross them. Over all I find that less effective then just crossing them over in .2 seconds.

Not the one I was talking about, but I like this one. I've tried copying it, can do it sometimes, but physically it's very hard to do, because of how low Jordan goes.
