Lebron is averaging 8.5 rebounds almost 2 spg and 1bpg.He is the most versatile defender in the game.He is holding his opponents to one of the lowest productions in the league and dont forget his opponents vary from gasol to rose.He is probably the best help defender in the league.In clutch situations his offense isnt where its supposed to be however his defense is the best(holding his opponents to lowest production averaging 18.8 rebounds per 48 minutes and 1.9 spg and 1.9 bpg).
The best overall defensive player in the game.
Considering how much orlando's defense has fallen this year i think lebron will win DPOY this year.

Good thing every award other than Finals MVP and Championship are worthless these days. Those are the awards that you actually have to earn to get, not have the media back you up to get them.
LeBron will be DPOY just because of media influence, not because he deserves it.

Yeah, he's amazing with his ability to guard the hell out of 1-4 positions. But still.. Deng, Howard and Iggy.. hard to beat these guys.
