March 6, 2016: Curry's last game vs Kobe. He should go for 82.

Curry should gun for 82 points. The Lakers are in full tank mode. They are playing terrible defense. I believe Curry can do it if Kerr allows him to. The game will be over by halftime so a 2nd half chuckfest by Curry should be ok. Draygod and Iggy will need to feed him every possession. I would love to see Curry chuck 30 3s.

The greatness of Curry is that he doesn't ballhog like other All Time Greats like Kobe, MJ, LeBron, etc. He plays within the offense and still destroys opponents. That takes true skill. If they were just to feed him the entire game he could score 125 or more points but that would be pointless and people might start to turn on him.

Kobe's teammates would put Curry on the floor hard every time if he tried to do it. Would GS risk injury to their superstar player in a hostile environment for pretty much no benefit? As a coach, do you want to explain to the GM and owner why Curry is leaving the game on a stretcher because you wanted to see if he could score 82?
