...nah, stealing the ball then shooting a game winning running 3pter (in 2OT) is the most dominant type of play...

Was '13 LeBron not the greatest all-around season ever? He closed the lane, played fantastic trapping perimeter defense, played point guard, in the post, really good off-ball shooting. Pretty much everything.

That sequence was a good summary.

The most dominant one is the one where you can get fouled on a three and make your free throw while blocking a guaranteed 2 points on the other end (i.e. a dunk or fast break layup). Blocking a jumpshot is not as good because usually even the best jump shooters wont be getting as much points/shot unless they can hit a wide open 3 at greater than 66% of the time to get more points/shot than a guaranteed dunk.

So yes OP, blocking a shot and immediately scoring is the best two way play you can do in a play that is two possessions in length.

It really is the most dominant player I've ever seen. How do you get blocked so badly that it goes that far and then get posterized in the same play?

Giving a missed shot a -2 and calling that a 4pt play shows it was a weak era for math too lmfao

It's neutral if ya miss, ya just get a donut, a zero. If you get blocked, stolen or miss every shot in a game u end wit 0 not negative 100 lmbao. You don't lose points in an NBA game unless the scoreboard messed up on a play.

you are the dumbest motherfu*ker ever. a dunk is an automatic score, which would give you 2 more points, but by getting denied on those 2 sure points and giving 2 points to your opponent that is a 4pt swing.

He could of been up 2-0, but missed 2 easy points so 0-0. Then you score now you are up 2-0.......

You've really never heard of a 4 point swing?

The good ol' 2 for 1 game-winner: score quickly, get steal, score GW:

Or the "i will not lose" double game-winner with playoff series on the line:

They call it a 4pt swing. Just like in football if you get a pick 6 on the goal line they'll call it a 14 point swing.
