I've heard Pacers fans wanted a good backup defensive SF to guard the likes of Lebron, Pierce, Melo, etc.

George Hill is already their PG of the future anyways.

Or maybe he opted out because he wanted a longer contract, 3 years 9 million instead of opting in and taking 1 year 5 million option with the Celtics.

    Realistic Lakers roster next season:

    PG: Steve Nash/Steve Blake/Darius Morris
    SG: Kobe Bryant/Nate Robinson/Christian Eyenga/Andrew Goudelock
    SF: Ron Artest/Josh Howard/Devin Ebanks
    PF: Pau Gasol/Josh McRoberts
    C: Andrew Bynum/Jordan Hill/Kyrylo Fesenko

He wants more money and a starting gig.

Steve Nash + Grant Hill + Leandro Barbosa reunited

I gotta believe its possible, Hill said he'd either play for the Lakers or retire.

Barbosa is an unrestricted free agent and Indiana has shown no indication of resigning him.

I'll admit Darren Collison is a stretch, only because it's World Peace coming back to Indiana though.

Nate Robinson would be exactly what this Laker's team needs off the bench.

Scoring & toughness, Nate may get a lot of hate, but the dude always gives 100%.

Nick young for the Mini MLE would be great to get some offense off the bench but who knows if he wants to back up Kobe. They should try and trade for Dorell Wright from the Warriors. We need a 3pt shooter to stretch the floor at the 3.

I really like your Dorrell Wright idea. How about Blake, Ebanks and a future 2nd round pick, cash for Dorrell Wright?

Pass. Reason being: For one he's a midget.. and the other being he's too much of a clown. There's a reason why he was shipped from the Celtics. In LA, he'd be far worse with all the distractions and media. The Lakers already have a headcase in Artest, why compound the problem?

The only midget "headcase" that could possibly work with the Lakers is Delonte West. On the court, I don't think I've ever read/heard anything negative about him and his game.. he's an above average defender, innate midrange shooter and tough minded player. Would be a fantastic pickup.

I posted this somewhere else but...

    Bynum for Duncan and Ginobili

Pau and MWP for KG and Paul Pierce

Kobe to talk to Shaq to come out of retirement for the vet's min.

Sign Allen Iverson for the vet's min.

Sign Ray Allen for the Mini MLE.

Sign Grant Hill to the vet's min.

Sign Jermaine O'neal for the vet's min.

Sign Kidd for the vet's min.

    Amnesty Steve Blake

    Nash/Iverson/Kidd
    Kobe/Allen/Ginobili
    Pierce/Hill
    KG/O'Neal
    Duncan/Shaq

I'd like to see us ship out Gasol or Bynum. Those two don't click together, in part because of Kobe, so I'd rather us spread the floor with shooters. I wouldn't mind trading Artest either... I sense a crazy moment next year.
