There's a difference between being competitive, and a cancer. Fighting with coaches, disrespecting them, fighting with teammates in actual games. Rajon Rondo is cancerous, and there's time I don't understand why more don't view Russell Westbrook in a similar light. The risk / reward value isn't equal for some of these dudes.

Probably has something to do with his coaches trusting him and his teammates following his lead and getting energized. Watch OKC since the trades, everyone is playing with fire and sharing the ball. Even when on the bench Westbrook is celebrating everyone's baskets or tough plays, they all love him. Reggie was the cancer in that locker room.
