Note = I ran into the video skipping forward issue and fixed it by lowering resolution

Good looking out on the resolution tip, It was unwatchable for me with skipping until I did the same thing

I knocked the resolution down to 480p, but it continued skipping uncontrollably.

Try 432 that's what I'm using
