What's missed is the defensive hustle and play, then the tenacity to cut to the basket for the finish.
Not that the GOAT needs any more arguments for him, but that's something that a lot of the "newbies" didn't get to see. They see the highlights of his dunks, but don't get to see the plays that got him there.
These weren't always fast break, handfed dunks that Lebron feasts on. Jordan made great defensive plays, or broke full court presses, double/triple teams dunking on entire TEAMS, making them all look silly.
This is one of his most famous dunks (over Ewing) but what usually gets cut out is what happens before his fake one way, go the other way...the Knicks are full court pressing, double team Jordan (almost a triple team) when he gets the ball at the wing. He breaks that double team and runs into another...then he breaks that one again and you know the rest.
