I haven't been able to watch all the games but from what I've seen we are playing better defense. The effort is there. I still want Michael gone though. That way we can start trying to get to the next level. Have y'all been hearing the rumors for Rondo? It was TJones, Bev and Canaan for Rondo iirc. I think it was more players from us.

Yeah, I've heard the rumor. The guys over in ClutchFans pretty much talk about it everyday.

If I was Houston, I would give up Jones, Canaan, the Pelicans pick, and a 2nd round pick for Rondo + a filler. That seem like a nice deal. Having Bev back up Rondo would be dangerous.

We also need a backup center who can actually be productive for us. Maybe someone like Jermaine O'Neal. I wouldn't mind Emeka Okafor either.

Rockets 104 - Sixers 93

Game got really frustrating at one point. Houston was up big in the 1st quarter, then all of a sudden the Sixers caught up and had a 1 point lead on us. Houston made a nice run again, but the Sixers came back. I was like "How the f*ck are these scrubs making all these shots?!"

Glad Houston came up with the win though. Ariza, Harden, and Howard played great for us tonight. Ariza showed why we won't miss Parsons, and Harden had a great all-around game. Howard didn't score a lot, but still finished the game strong and ended up with 11 pts/14 rebs/4 blks. Oh and Canaan came in and played nice too. 13 pts/6 asts.

Now that I moved from Houston, I only see nationally televised games and highlights, but I like the way the team is clicking thus far.

Ariza has been everything we could have wanted. Dude is shooting 57% from beyond the arc in the first four games, as well as providing lock down defense.
