For $15 million or less, who can replace Bosh and be a better fit for Miami
forget about the realistic implications unless you really understand them, who would you target if you're Pat Riley to replace Bosh?

Not airballing my layups anymore

Good college starter

Post up players out of the question obviously.
Spencer Hawes may have been a good fit. Or any defense and rebound guy.

Pau Gasol would be my choice. He can still score in the post and he's an excellent passer. I imagine he'd compliment LeBron very well. He's not tenacious on defense but I imagine he could still contribute because he has length.

They really should have went after hawes. Now it should be Greg Monroe

Very good NBA starter

Gasol.
He'd be cheaper and would play at a similar level, with passing skills to compliment Lebron's passing skills and turn this team into a passing juggernaut, as Wade is a pretty good passer too.

True but it's not needed a ton by a center I don't think. He can still post up and score at a good clip I think. On defense he's not gonna patrol the paint but just being tall and heavy will help. Miami has to play traditional basketball though. They have to be able to get stops and not just try to get turnovers if you follow me.

Miami were a very flawed championship team. The defense and outside shooting won them the championship in 2012 and 2013.
I am not really a fan of putting Bosh at the center position. He's not a Tim Duncan who's a legitimate center because the guy is still a solid low post scorer, an a good rebounder. Bosh is a high post scorer, and he's not even the best rebounder for the heat.

there is no way they can. HE is a RFA and the pistons will match up to any level miami is able to spend.
