Personally, I have no idea what they hope to accomplish with a 'boycott'. Instead of that they should use their millions of dollars, their connections/influence to foster the next generation of minority filmmakers and actors. There are plenty of Ryan Cooglers out there waiting to be discovered.

Jada and her husband 9 times out of 10 take roles that were originally written with White actors in mind anyway. Why not use their resources to find and foster Black/Latino/Asian/etc talent that can legitimately compete for Oscars. Produce their films, connect them with their contacts (producers, etc), and maybe do a cameo in their projects to help raise their profile.

And Spike... Spike just needs to stop making shit films.
