I only have been smoking pot for 3 years and the only drugs I do is gabapentin for anxiety and vyvanse which I hardly take to focus.

How am I an idiot? I've had insomnia since the age of 11 if I recall.

I use to take seroquel for it, but asked to get taken off cuz I found weed way better.

and amphetamines are sometimes used to wear the body out, granted, not 13 hour long time released ones, but ayee y not.

I could use ANY benzo right now. I'm going through stimulant psychosis and it is really ****ing scary man. I'm hearing random bangs that arent there..

I don't think thats necessary yet. I've kept calm pretty easily after seeing species of bugs I think I have made up in my head.

Stop popping pills. Go see a doctor for a long term solution with your insomnia before you kill yourself.

In the meantime, stop stimulating your brain so much. Get off the computer. Meditate. Take a warm shower. Do what you can to shut it all down without popping pills or drinking anything
