    Default NBA finalizing flopping procedures

    http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/84...ayers-flopping

The story does not state what the penalty would be... or if it would be during or post game... I'm assuming it will be post-game fines

either way looks like half the Clipper playbook must be thrown away

"How am I supposed to play some defense if I can't flop?"

To be fair to Blake, he never hits those FTs anyway.

The punishment for blatant flops (like the ones above) should be severe. Like I'm talking suspensions. Flopping just disgusts me.

****ing finally. The rule should be, you're awarded a post game technical and small fine for each flop. And, after a certain among of flop-induced technicals, the fine is doubled.

When players start missing 1, 2, 3 games without pay due to the rule on suspensions based on exorbitant technicals, the flopping will cease.

NBA said they were going to fine for flopping years ago, and it never happened (they just pretended it never happened). So, I'll believe this will be enforced when I see it.
