I am going with Hakeem for me personally because what he did in 1994 and 1995 is one of the GOAT feats in NBA history by a player

    In the 1995 playoffs.

The Rockets in the first round faced the 60-22 Utah Jazz with Karl Malone and John Stockton.

Rockets won 3-2 with Hakeem averaging the following numbers:

    35 PPG | 8.6 RPG | 4 APG | 0.8 SPG | 2.6 BPG on 57.3% shooting

In the Conference Seminfinals they faced the 59-23 Phoenix Suns featuring Charles Barkley (and Kevin Johnson).

Rockets won 4-3 after being down 1-3 with Hakeem averaging excellent numbers once again:

    29.6 PPG | 9 RPG | 3.7 APG | 0.9 SPG | 2.3 BPG on 50.8% shooting

In the Western Conference Finals, the Rockets went against the 62-20 San Antonio Spurs with reigning MVP David Robinson and Dennis Rodman (an all-time great defender just like Robinson).

Hakeem went on to demolish Robinson after the latter had received his MVP trophy before the series and Houston wins 4-2:

    35.3 PPG | 12.5 RPG | 5 APG | 1.3 SPG | 4.2 BPG on 56% shooting

Finally, in the finals, the opponent was the 57-25 Orlando Magic who had eliminated Michael Jordan in the East with Shaq O'Neal and Penny Hardaway on their roster.

Rockets swept the Magic with Hakeem winning back to back Finals MVPs. He averaged these numbers:

    32.8 PPG | 11.5 RPG | 5.5 APG | 2 SPG | 2 BPG on 48.3% shooting.

Every team they faced in these playoffs had won 57 or more games

Overall Hakeem eliminated 6 Hall of Famers over the course of his title run who all were basically in their prime (Shaq only was in his 3rd year but already dominated)

Overall in 22 Playoff games in the 1995 playoffs Hakeem Olajuwon averaged ridiculous numbers:

    33 PPG | 10.3 RPG | 4.5 APG | 1.2 SPG | 2.8 BPG on 53.3% shooting.

I'm a jordan fan. i only used kobe as his replacement. you're forgetting I'm 37. I was watching the nba since like 1992. my first 2 jerseys were a plain red bulls and red jordan jersey.

for most of my years trolling people it was boring to think of using jordan as my main weapon because that would be too easy. plus kobe was actually playing at the time so I used him as a replacement. now that his time is up and his legacy has faded I'm coming to grip with his flaws. you will do the same as me some day. only problem is you were never a jordan fan like I was so you won't have anyone to fall back on.

my favorite player from ages 7 to 13 was Michael Jordan. in case you didn't notice he's ranked #1

Lmao who do you think you’re fooling? Kobe is your guy. Don’t try to tuck your tail between your legs and hide now that he’s out of the top 10

why do you think i started following kobe. they made a big deal about how kobe was the next MJ during the 98 allstar weekend and i knew it was gonna be jordans last year so i jumped on the kobe bandwagon

it wasn't a fun ride and i spent most games tuning in and out when he would start bricking. but it was better than nothing. my guy griffey eventually went to the reds and i never got to see any games anymore since they never played the blue jays. so i had to stick with a lesser version of MJ

i was actually a huge jordan fan growing up. i never wanted to admit it but when space jam came out i asked for nothing but jordan stuff. i still remember the baseball/golf/tune squad action figures set.

    i also had this card

    and this poster

    i had this jersey

    i had this starter jacket

i had a bunch of other jordan cards from hoops and skybox

i still remember my dad ribbing me when the magic beat the bulls in 95.

there was a griff before kobe believe it or not
