Dominic McGuire: without shoes: 6'7.75, with shoes: 6'8.25

Does this tell us that Hawes' shoes are 2.25 inches thick, while McGuires' are just 0.5 inches.
Hawes is smart. He is a player who isn't going to jump over guys but the added inch or help which will make him taller than most centers will help. Greg Oden actually measured 6'11" at the Orlando Pre-Draft camp and 6'11.5" in private workouts.

I posted the best possible picture to judge...Kobe back to back with T-Mac and T-Mac looked 6'6.25" max. As far as Lebron being on his toes too...one foot is flat so it wouldn't give him any height advantage T-Mac is on both toes. Picture 3 and 4 are on a strange angle too. Although I am not convinced anymore that Lebron is any more than 1 inch taller. Maybe Lebron didn't grow from his measured 6'7.25" Also Jordan is slightly taller than Barkley. Barkley was measured 6'4 5/8" and he claims 6'4 3/4". Jordan is 6'5"-6'5.5" Not a huge difference...not even an inch. The pictures you posted of Jordan and Barkley are on the worst possible angles. You can't tell someone's height if they are walking in a picture. I could post a picture of Vince Carter looking taller than T-Mac because they're walking. Anyway here is a decent picture of Mourning, Jordan and Barkley..keep in mind the angle favors the players on the left.

Alonzo Mourning is 6'9", Michael Jordan is 6'5"-6'5.5" and Barkley is 6'4 5/8"-6'4.75"
In that last picture with Kobe and LeBron is ALSO looks like a 1-1.5 inch max difference. T-Mac's right foot is planted next to LeBron's right, and you can see it's flat as well. Funny you criticize my pictures of MJ and Barkley when they are as CLOSE as can be then go and post a picture where the camera is at a horrible angle AND Barkley is standing behind Jordan. Are you really that dimwitted or just trying to flat out LIE.

T-Mac with 6-11 Duncan and Garnett.

Duncan isn't 6'11". He is 6'10.5" and I already said that picture favors the players on the left! Atleast most of the pictures I post don't have a player leaning a lot in every picture. In your Jordan/Barkley pictures both of them are always leaning a lot. The pictures you posted were horrible. The picture I posted of Zo, MJ and Chuck atleast had all of them standing up fairly straight.

In the Jordan/Barkley picture from the finals ONLY their heads are tilted. In the more recent one with them in suits Barkley has a CLEAR advantage. So you concede pictures favor players on the left...then use a picture with JORDAN ON THE LEFT OF BARKLEY to justify him being taller? GTFO.

lol I posted a picture of Barkley and Jordan in the finals with both of them leaning and a little bit but Jordan clearly taller. Jordan is atleast 6'5"...Kobe was measured 6'4.75" and Jordan are the same exact height. Barkley claims 6'4.75" which sounds accurate.

One thing I agree with you about is Lebron probably isn't any taller than the 6'7.25" he measured at in 2003. I changed my mind he can't be any more than an inch taller than T-Mac.

The picture I posted from the finals of Jordan and Barkley is better. They are both facing the same direction, the picture is much clearer, and both have their heads slightly tilted. The picture you're using is clearly distorted from a depth perspective(Jordan is closer to the camera, look how his left arm makes contact with Barkley), with both players facing different directions and Barkley tilting his head.

It is really hard to tell. Both of them are around 6'5" give or take a half inch. I've heard Jordan was listed 195 cm(6'4 3/4") at the 1992 Olympics but sometimes they just knock off 3 cm or an 1 1/4 inch like when they listed Vince Carter 195 cm and kevin Garnett 207 cm(6'9.75"). I've also heard Jordan was measured 6'5" in 1982, 1984 and 1992 but I've just read that from fan posts. I also read in sports illustrated he was 6'6.5" with shoes. One thing we have to remember is in a picture with 2 men who are over 6'4" and seperated by less than an inch whoever is leaning more or whoever the angle favors will look taller. Jordan is the exact same height as Kobe and he looks about as tall as 6'5.5" Vince Carter. Maybe Jordan and Kobe are 6'5"?

Horrible picture for comparisons, one is in the foreground, the other is in the background, they are not on even plane so you cannot get an accurate gauge of height.

Not all NBA Heights are padded in the case of Desmond Mason who is listed at NBa.com at 6'5 was measured at a legit 6'6 in the 2000 NBA Draft.

Here is the pictures he is taller than Michael Redd who is officially measured at 6'4 3/4 listed at 6'6 in Nba.com.

Here is a legit 6'6 Desmond Mason, 6'4 3/4 Michael Redd and 5'11 TJ Ford.

TJ Ford has a 43" vertical Leap.

Carloz Boozer is 6'7 3/4, Dajuan Wagner is 6'0 3/4 and Darius Miles is 6'8.

    Mcgrady is 6'6 1/4 and Shaquille O'neal is 7'0

That IS NOT A 4 INCH DIFFERENCE. Do you know how big a 4 inch difference is?

From the top of your head into your eye brows is at least 4.25 - 4.5 inches.

That is almost a 4 inch difference! A normal persons eyebrows to the top of the head is about 3-4 inches nevermind HUGE NBA players. Seriously you are a fucking idiot.

T-Mac is atleast 4 inches shorter than 6'10.25" Hakeem Olajuwon

6'6.25" Carmelo is the same height if not taller than T-Mac. Why are you in denial about T-Mac being 6'6.25" Or is it you think Duncan is shorter than 6'10"?
