I have never ate at a food truck but I am not a fan of the recent fad, I remember the old days when they were commonly known as roach coaches and only frequented by blue collar workers desperate for a hot meal as opposed to bearded hipsters like today.

I don't trust the quality of food at a normal restaurant no matter the cost (see Waiting), let alone a mobile one.
