The Orlando Magic wanted extra draft picks.

The Chicago Bulls needed to cut some salary to open cap space for a pair of free-agent signings.

On Monday, the teams made a trade to fulfill both objects.

The Magic sent the draft rights to European big man Milovan Rakovic to the Bulls.

In return, Orlando received a second-round pick in 2015, a second-round pick in 2016, cash and forward Anthony Randolph from Chicago.
