Last year was an aberration, if you think that the Knicks will have that much misfortune again under Phil you are mistaken. Everyone will be healthy coming in to next season for a change, no way they will have a horrible start like last year.

Hopefully in the future. The problem with the Knicks has always been revenue. They make so much money off the Knicks that winning is not necessary. They have repeatedly mortgage off their future for short term results and never tried to build off a real blue print. Every GM/Coach get so much pressure from the media that the team never really has a chance to succeed. Their best shot in building something was thrown out the window when they let Donnie Walsh go. Phil Jackson will try to change the culture but in the end, Phil himself wants immediate results which probably means nothing much will change.
