Those are all terrible examples. You can post something from Pixar but it's supposed to be GOOD examples.

Not making fun of you but a guy like you won't appreciate Pixar. You like your fancy japanese animation but Pixar does the little things. They pay attention to detail. Just look at every thing that's moving and how consistent they make a scene due to nature, surroundings or lighting.
