Its really difficult question in my opinion. In 07 he faced historically weak competition that wings like Kobe, KD and Wade couldve carried to finals in pathetic east and got exposed in the finals.

In 07 he avg 22/7/7 with 6 turnovers per game. He shot 35% from the field, 20% from 3pt land and 69% for free thros. His numbers were even worse in the 4th quarter where he got shut down

In 11 he was the favorite having one of the most stacked teams ever and avg 18/7/7 with 4 turnovers per game. He shot 47% from the field , 32% from 3pt land and 60% free throws The disparity in 4thQ production is well documented. Simply put Dirk took a bunch of shits inside his mouth.
