from what i've read, he basically wants to cash in on his investment while still maintaining controlling interest.

as in, how the rich get richer while still having their toys.

He clearly wants to sell. The same source saying he wants to retain control said he didn't even want to part with any of the team. The funny thing is people think this is a bad thing. He is a good owner because he brought the nets somewhere they could be competitive, but since then, is there anything he has done that's irreplaceable? And this year he gave away Pierce for money reasons.
