    All-Time?

    Are you serious?

While Kyrie may go on to have a great NBA career, would you say he has had a better career than Happy Hairston? Lou Hudson? Bernard King? Gail Goodrich? Truck Robinson? Wes Unseld?

I mean the list is almost endless...

Top 5ish (at worst) PG in the league.

    HOF potential.

    Arguably > Curry

    Meanwhile, he's what, 22?

Not counting my chickens before they hatch, but the potential is def. there.

    OP, it "Kyrie," not "Kylie"

Players who have yet to play one minute of playoff basketball should be legally banned from being mentioned in a conversation of the top 100 all time greats. Kyrie's got a long road to walk.

From a skill/talent standpoint, when he's hot, he's comparable to any of the top 20-30 scorers in NBA history. Key word is "when." He's obviously always a very good scorer, and he seems to have an impressive game in the clutch. But he is still too inconsistent by far to be considered an all time great. He's a good, flashy ball handler but his turnovers and assists leave much to be desired. Way too small and not enough interest to be a great rebounder or defender.

The key for him is to be clutch in the playoffs and take over the game when Lebron can't/won't. Lebron needs that type of player at times, and Kyrie can supply the firepower. When all is said and done, he could possibly make the top 50 of all time, depending on how much success he and Lebron have. As of the current league, he's a very/good to at times great scorer.

Among the good PGs in the league only Parker and Conley turn it over less than him. He has excellent ball security

He might be in the top 50 all time if the NBA started in 2000.

He has a potential to get into Top20 All-time if (and only if) he avoids serious injuries and keeps nicely progressing (and winning chips). As of now, he isnt in Top500.

He needs to play in the playoffs first, but Sky is the limit for Irving. He might became the Isiah Thomas of his Generation.

I don't often agree with you, but in this case you are right on.

If Kyrie were to retire today, his career would rank below literally hundreds of players.

Shocking that the career of a 22 year old pales in comparison to players who played into their mid 30s. Is this conversation really happening?
