Re: Contacts or glasses?
Contacts provide better vision overall, due to glasses having poor peripheral vision. Most people, including myself own both. I prefer contacts for anything active and glasses when I'm just relaxing.

Contacts, you're suppose to take them off when you sleep and shower. But I can go weeks without taking them off.

Re: Contacts or glasses?
Is it easy for contacts to fall off? I will need them for sports this year and I am just wondering.

Bad habit haha but I do that too sometimes.
Contacts are a lot better for sports, one of the main reasons why I got them in the first place. Also girls like contacts way better (on me, at least). Contacts provide vision for your whole eye, there is no glare associated with it unlike glasses and the peripheral vision is way better. If you can pick up the habit well of cleaning your contacts properly and frequently then by all means use them.

Well, I wear glasses right now, and I don't really see my self using contacts. Seems like too much of a hassle. I don't really know, though, since I haven't used it. Also, I've been too accustomed to using glasses that if I don't, for some reason, it makes me think I look funny.

there are new LASIK procedures being developed every few years. Technology marches on. ask Tiger Woods if LASIK worked out for him. He ended up with better then 20/20 vision

I have worn contacts for 20+ years. It is VERY rare that mine ever fall out.

Yea, you really have to get hit in the eye for them to ever fall out. And there super easy to put back in anyway.

unless you wear hard lenses (but who does that nowadays?) you can get hit on the back of the head and they pop out. wont happen with soft lenses.
