Saying Van Exel is the best point guard Kobe ever played with is like saying the best player T Mac played with was was Vince Carter. Yeah they technically played together but it's misleading considering T Mac wasn't T Mac yet and they rarely played there together for long stretches at a time since T Mac came off the bench.
