Funny reading here and other forums. Seems like Kings fans are happy to see Noc, and to a lesser degree, Hawes gone. Sixers fans are happy to see Dalembert gone.

Noc sucks. Offensive black hole with a terrible contract. Hawes? Good offense 1 out of 5 games. Usually a terrible defender. A horrid rebounder. Both of them are poor for chemistry.

Here's a thread I made in the Sixers forum in March:

2 nights ago I'm eating some food with some friends up above the Temple basketball court. I look down and see a very tall skinny guy playing some basketball with a guy rebounding for him. I then realize that its...Samuel Dalembert! I then realize...he's doing nothing but shooting three pointers! From the corners, from dead on, from the sides, everywhere! Not one post move or jumpers from within 18 feet, all threes.

Alot of Knicks fans think they'll get something good/great for Eddy Curry and Dalambert is going to at least play next year unlike Curry who'll probably be injured/overweight for the year.

You can get a nice player for an expiring contract. Seems like Philly just pulled the trigger on this deal way too early instead of waiting to find a deal that actually made sense. They definitely could've done much better than this.

Given how Dalembert plays? And with a new coach no clue to how much Doug Collins would even use him? His value might not be any higher then than it is now. Sixers getting Doug Collins his guys now as opposed to waiting like you suggest? The right move.
