    Am I missing something or shouldn't the clock stop once the basket is made?

    Have you seen how they hand out assists?
    Have you seen how officials wave their fuccing hand to count time?
    Have you seen how they officiate in general?

    NBA is the least scientific league in sports. It's the fuccin dark ages out there and use of technology is witchcraft that'll get you burned at the stake.


    EDIT - one possible explanation is that the television display wasn't perfectly in sync with the game time
