    Default So, about them Rockets

    James Harden:
    28 ppg, 8 apg, 7 rpg

Trevor Ariza, leads the league in 3pt made with 21, shooting 60% from deep.

    2013-14 points per game allowed: 103.1 (23rd)
    2014-15 points per game allowed: 91.5 (4th)

5-0, all 5 by double digits, now the highest point differential in the league.

Houston is slowly building a defensive identity. Harden is playing monster defense and his shot selection has improved a ton. Our only flaw is our back up big(s). I love D-Mo, but he's too soft.

    Anyway....yeah, Rockets are looking scary.

They've played the Lakers, Jazz, Celtics, 76ers and now the Heat.

Outside of Miami every other team isn't that good.

You dudes need to calm down on this board.

To be fair, everyone was bashing them for the first four games. Now they beat what is according to this board a contender with the possible MVP on their court. They can only play who they are scheduled to and have EASILY done the job all five times. I don't get what else they can do.

You seriously believe the Heat are contenders with the MVP? Trolling at the very least with that BS.

The Heat are a better than good team with nice pieces but tired legs that could do damage in the playoffs since the east is trash but more than likely will gas out. They're not a finals team for sure.

I'm just going by what seems to be the general consensus on this board. Either way they have beaten a GOOD team and that's what people wanted.

My fellow Rockets fans need to slow their role, it's too early. I am loving their defense though. We played four weak teams but last year we were letting anyone score. Hopefully they build on this.

Oh and I am loving Harden's effort on the defensive end.

They're next couple of games are biggies as they play the Spurs and the Warriors. I think we can get a better picture of what they're about after a few rounds with some top squads out there. Their defense is key here.

Not just beat them, mopped the floor with them.

Same goes for the four other teams they played.

None of the games were really close.
