well if someone "makes history", good or bad, like missing the most shots per minute (36) or having the highest FG% in a season while scoring xxx amount, it should be talked about. But obviously no one cares about Brendan Wright. But if it was someone important having 75% FG in the first 10 games, they'll be all over ESPN: "on pace to set record FG% for a season."

If Brendan Wright was in Kobe's shoes, "on pace" for most missed shots per minute, it wouldn't all over the news. Hell, most people wouldnt even know about it.
