He may not be a winner but he is still a really good player. He still has a chance to win guys. He has never relied on athleticism so his basketball career will be longer than others like Dwyane Wade.

*Missed playoffs in a weak East by "leading" his team to 37-45.
True test for Phil Jackson and Derek Fisher's influence. Lets see what he can accomplish after a couple of seasons with them.
His problem is he is already 30. By the time Jackson can build a team, assuming he is adept at doing so as a GM, he will have declined. He most likely has only 2-3 elite seasons left and another 2-3 all-star caliber seasons after that. It is rare to successfully build around a 30 year old star for a reason. If he wanted to win he should have gone to Chicago...
