I'd bump Blake down to #5, with Lebron and Westbrook at #3 and #4.

Yes. Absolutely.

Re: Highest Value Player in the League right now..
it depends on what you mean by value.
Value in terms of overall contribution to team revenue, fans or winning/success. Or all of above?
Because if it is all of above, Kobe will have to be top 3 in the NBA. And Lebron is 1 no matter what category/categories you put him in.
If Kobe is going to be based on winning and success, probably top 10, but not top 5 for sure.

I don't get picked last at the park anymore

Agree with OP. If a draft started today, most GM would pick Anthony Davis or Durant. Age would matter. Strongly disagree about Griffin...

I think Griffin's ability to finish around the rim is overrated. because I don't think he can get any stronger as well as the lack of lower body strength.
I could be once again, under rating his lower body and backing down strength as well as his developement as a post move. But when you look at Griffin, he's some what similar built as Dwight, who is much stronger than Griffin, and his best post move is a running hook.
Griffin's natural position will be PF in the NBA in the long haul. But at this stage of his career, I think he has enough natural raw talent to dominate the opposing 3 with the skills he's gathered.
I guess I see his development as an outside in PF more than an inside out PF (traditionally how a PF pans out their career)
And if it wasn't because they have Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan right now. And I think they have a great contending window, I wouldn't suggest such a bold (not intelligent) move.
Edit: do you think defensively, even if you have Deng or Butler at the 3, it's still enough?
2nd Edit: Griffin's wingspan is at 6-11 while Dirk is at 7-2 Dwight at 7-4.5

Sometimes we try too hard to outsmart common sense.
It's LeBron, really.
If they were 100% certain they were landing LeBron, every GM right now would mortgage their house, sell their family, do pretty much whatever it takes...
