Well this is all subjectiv especially when it comes with Latin American countries. Secondly even if they are "white" which essentially means of Spanish descent the majority are not "WASPs." (Then again Italians, Slavs, etc aren't WASPs either.)

Pretty much all of South America, especially from Venezuela and Colombia . SA does have a lot of short squat natives, but we mostly see the taller, lighter skinned hot ones here in the US.
