Would much rather draft with that Brooklyn pick than have Okafor.

Does Marcus hold much value ? I don't watch every C's game, but the only thing I can think of to say about him is... Smart being on the court shows just how good of a player Avery Bradley really is.

He's a great defender and a hustle guy. His 3 point shooting has gotten better this season, but still not great. His playmaking is hit or miss.

I've heard people say they'd trade Avery and keep Smart, but i'm not on that boat. Marcus hasn't done enough for me to keep him over Bradley, which would make me say that he isn't as valuable an asset as other Celtics fans may make it seem

Why do the Sixers want Marcus smart? That's not a smart idea at all.

Also Ainge needs to have several seats. He tries to get over every deal. Y'all could have had Oak for last years #3. But nooooooooo

Sixers don't need Smart they need a scoring wing in the draft for floor spacing and D isn't as big a deal for that pick since we have Noel and Embiid for rim protection.

Trade Okafor for like a 2018 1st rounder and Terry Rozier or someone, resign Noel, draft Malik Monk or the French PG who's name I can't spell.

McConnell
Monk/Frenchie
Covington
Simmons
Embiid

Bench:
Noel
Saric
Luwawu

That's probably a playoff team in the East. Maybe you start Noel and slot Simmons at SF if he's not too scared to shoot. Either way, they absolutely need to resign Noel.

I'll pass on re-signing Noel and I'll also pass on Ntilikina. I will gladly take Monk regardless of his defensive concerns. This team needs someone who can and is willing to take shots. And no way in hell McConnell starts. Please. Never.

Unless the team signs/drafts competent guards, then I don't see any reason for McConnell not to start. Good defender, gets the ball where it needs to be, and everyone loves him. He's less useful if we use Simmons as a PG but otherwise our guards are painful to watch.

I think it'd be a huge mistake to not re-sign Nerlens. As for the draft, we clearly need a guard so I'll take whoever is available. There are a ton of talented guards in this draft so I feel pretty comfortable.

Why would we want Smart? He's not better than: Timothy John "T. J." McConnell Jr....(look at the assist numbers)...

10, 9, 8, 76ers.....

TJ is a backup PG at best. No way I want him starting.

You're retarded if you think TJ > Smart because he had 3 straight games with double digit assists.

So, the Cavs tried to trade for TJ? I tried to tell you, this is TJ's world and your in it....lol...

We don't need to trade a valuable piece (Noel) for a guard like Smart..............

Gotta agree with Tanks. McConnell's defense atm is great, on both ends of the floor he compliments Embiid.

He has improved so much not just this season but in the last month. He has taken the opportunity and ran with it since Sergio went down with injury. Improvment is the most impressive thing. In all facets of the game it is what we need right now and indicates the team is going in the right direction.

I also agree with GOBB, in that in an ideal world and going forward in the future, T.J is a backup. He is definitely the guy to bring off the bench when Simmons is not running the offense.

This is why why don't necessarily need Fultz or Smith from this draft. No doubt atm Monk is our guy.

But what is happening right now and the way TJ is playing is impressive.
