Water (basic sustenance of life)
Venison (best animal protein in the world based on bio availability)
Coconut (contains essential fat, hydrating, and good carbs+fibre)
Acai berries (Only fruit in existance to have bioavaiabilty of protein, fats, and carbs, high in antioxidants)
Macadamia nuts (good fats and carbs, taste like butter)
Tomatoes (to make sauces for flavoring, plus high in antioxidants and lycopene)
Black Pepper (aids in digestion, nutrient transport, and for flavoring)
Chicken (another meat source, plus they make eggs)
