Looking at the Magics current crop of players, Mike Malone would be an interesting choice. Theyd buy into his defensive culture

What? Why Skiles? What has he done as a coach?

    From the article...

"With the club essentially starting over, Orlando was patient with Vaughn while the Magic went 43-121 over his first two seasons. But as the club has improved its roster this season, the results have gotten only slightly better, and it appears that Vaughn's days are numbered."

How did they improve their roster?
A top 4 pick that has barely played?
Another top 10 pick that is only good at setting up scorers? Scorers that the team doesn't even have?
    Frye? Gordon?

Team FO is a joke. Expecting anything good to come of that roster is just silly. Never mind that its best player is only in his second year, and he missed a serious chunk of time as well.

Why does the roster, the guys that actually play, get a pass while the coach does not?

It's like those silly "wrong tools for the job" commercials. The tools (players) are currently wrong. So we judge the coach? Come on.
