Lebron/Durant as DOTA characters

Lebron is a semi carry who can be a support/PG or carry/scorer but not as good as a hard carry like Durant. Lebron is a low risk low reward type of player just like a semi carry whereas Durant is a high risk high reward. If you have no idea how to build a team or doesn't trust your teammates, then you chose LeBron coz he will give you higher chance of winning but you go for Jordan/Durant/kobe if you know how to build or have good teammates.


Lebrons skills becomes redundant if you put good players around him that's why all star players became scrubs playing alongside with him and superstars becoming all stars. Whereas pippen(another iguodala) or westbrook became superstars playing with Durant/Jordan.

That's why its hard to build around LeBron. You basically need a carry around him because he cant carry a team unless there are no carries in the league. Support are useless for him because he can do it. And these carries are definitely superstars of this league so youre hoping for a superstar like Durant/Jordan/kobe. Unlike Durant/Jordan/kobe which only needs support players like pippen/gasol/westbrook to win in this league.

Hard carries need heavy babysitting while they farm because they are absolutely useless early-game.
Semi-carries can get huge by being active and ganking in early-game.
