Not NBA but Chris Webber during the NCAA title game in 1993 (vs UNC).
He traveled in the backcourt but refs don't call it. Then he dribbles to the corner to call a time out that his team (Michigan) didn't have.

Truth. Had Michigan won, that no-call would have been remembered forever. Webber should have never even been allowed to put himself in that bad position in the corner in the first place.
