So wait.. Lebron only averaged 24 ppg on 43% to make 2007 Finals?

Lebron 2007 ECSF:. 24 ppg on 42%
Lebron 2007 ECF:S. 25 ppg on 45%
These would be the worst stats of Jordan's career and wouldn't get him out of the kiddie round in the 80's East, let alone make the damn Finals - nonetheless, this paltry performance was good enough to make the 07' Finals because the East was all-time weak in mid-2000's.

An assist is worth 2 points AT MINIMUM, and 4 points at MAXIMUM
Therefore, 30 assists are worth more than 30 points,
The assist is valued at DOUBLE the point at MINIMUM

The East was already historically weak, that was one of the main reasons of outrage over The Decision. LeBron tampered with an already extremely weak conference, leaving his team to join the other 2 best players in the east, bolstering his team while weakening the others simultaneously. It was a slap in the face to all true competitors.

Lebron was a better closer.
48 points -- including his team's final 25 and 29 of its final 30
goes up 3-2, while Jordan lost three consecutive years to Detroit.

You see Lebron #'s increasing every round vs tougher opposition, while Ordan did the exact opposite.

Lebron, Westbrook, Wade, Derozan and Butler ALL have poor midrange and 3-point jumpshooting - they can't shoot - yet they're still top scorers because today's wide open spacing and hands-off defense allows good athletes easier access to the rim.
MJ's athleticism would benefit the same way, except he had goat midrange efficiency, even better than Curry's, which gives him a massive advantage over non-shooters Lebron, Westbrick and company.. MJ had Lebron/Westbrook's athleticism, with better midrange shooting than Steph Curry.. That's the goat

I thought you said regular season defense ranking doesn't count when referring to the playoffs?

Re: So wait.. Lebron only averaged 24 ppg on 43% to make 2007 Finals?
Where did you get 24 and 25 from? LeBron averaged 26 PPG. 26/9/9/3/1 on 54% TS. He also was absolutely terrible in the first two games and the Cavs lost both. 31/10/9/2/1 on 59% TS outside those first two games.
ECSF, he averaged 25/7/9/1 on 54% TS. 26/8/8/2/1 on 54% TS in the EC.
Quite easily better statlines than some of Ordan's.
Also, BB-Ref is quite easy to use. A retarded chimp could use it. No use trying to post made up BS stats.

3ball making stats up to make Lebron look bad. That's when you know Lebron has him shook.

He created the overwhelming majority of the offense for a slow, defensive squad.
